These draft terms apply to Date Concierge (getdateconcierge.com), an AI-assisted date-planning service.

Service Description

Date Concierge helps plan dates, suggest venues and activities, and coordinate reservations. A voice agent may call venues on your behalf, and calls may be recorded for reservation verification, quality, and operational review.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity, or to request reservations or calls that you are not authorized to make.

No Guarantee

Venue availability, booking policies, pricing, menus, and hours can change. We do not guarantee that any venue will be available, that a reservation will be accepted, or that a booking will be completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Date Concierge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for venue actions, missed bookings, changed plans, or third-party service issues.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
